Kashi IPDS Project Monitoring app for iPhone and iPad

For close monitoring of IPDS – Kashi project the total work has been divided into activities/ sub-activities and progress is compared with Plan by assigning milestones to each activity based on estimated work involved.The progress of project is also monitored w.r.t the proposed project timelines.The app also gives details of area wise proposed work schedule indicating the period in which works shall be taken up in respective area. Photographs of site works shall also be updated on the App for visualization of progress of work at field level.
